“Slow,” the French band’s third album, once again hits the sweet spot of ’90s emo and indie rock. Unlike bands such as American Football, warm sounds dominate instead of depressive moods and lethargy. The often anthemic vocals give the band a slightly punk edge. Definitely no longer a hidden gem.
