Sometimes things take unexpected turns.
I reached out to the band to ask if they wanted to join a show in Hamburg later this year. Fortunately, they’re in — and at the same time they asked if I’d be interested in releasing their upcoming album. Well… yes, absolutely. Their new songs are insanely catchy and I can’t wait to share them with you.
The trained eye will recognize members of bands like ESCAPADO, THE CREETINS, GRAND GRIFFON and HENRI PARKER & THE LOWERED LIDS. Hardcore punk supergroup? Nah — just a bunch of friends focused on melodies and hooks, drawing influence from late-80s and 90s indie / college rock with a touch of pop sensibility.
The album will be out in fall 2026. A couple of tracks might surface over the summer, so keep at least one eye open.
